Lead Senior Graphic Designer and problem solver within the capital market service line. I played a pivotal role in shaping designs and marketing strategies. In my role as Lead Senior Graphic Designer for NGKF’s Retail service line. I led a team of 30+ executives, 8 designers, and coordinators, fostering collaboration and innovation. Additionally, I played a key role in maintaining NGKF’s branding consistent across all marketing materials locally or nationally. Trained junior designers to NGKF’s branding standards, internal blasting system and best graphic design practices.
My responsibilities consisted in the creation of presentations, flyers, logos, brochures, websites, maps, and videos closely collaborating with brokers, designers or clients with tight deadlines. Yearly, I was the design lead and project management of two events in Las Vegas and New York City. This encompassed of three 200+ page national listing brochures which I coordinated with 37 offices nationally, vendor coordination, booth design, budget management, creation of videos, advertisements, promotional items and technical assistance during the event at the booth.

Coordinated photography trips across the U.S. based on the client’s needs in order to acquire specific images for the brand’s print or web content. Managed organizational websites (AlliedTPro and Kuoni Destination Management), documents, images, email campaigns, and data-processing. Tapped as a point of contact for vendors, web publications, and stock imagery.
